For over fifty years Norfolk Holiday Homes have had just a simple brochure and since technology allowed, a simple website too. No advertising, no nonsense, and just straight to the point descriptions and photographs. Our research with our holiday home tenants and owners shows that this is what they like about Birds. No 'fluffiness' - just what you see is what you get! And we will be honest with you too. If we feel that the property you have enquired about is not for you, then we will explain why - not leaving you to find out upon arrival! We currently have over 50 properties along the North West Coast and countryside villages. All are VisitEngland inspected and graded and have achieved at least a 3 star rating. 4 STAR GOLD IS THE HIGHEST GRADE on our list, and we currently have three properties which are of such quality; Kingfisher, Clifftops and Rydal Mount, all at the cliff end of Hunstanton.
TELEPHONE / EMAIL ENQUIRIES - we are sure you can appreciate the vast amount of telephone and email enquiries for prices and availability we receive - you may be able to help yourselves quite quickly and easily by going to the advanced search. Both availability and prices can be found on each individual property unless you are being referred to our office. Each day we are inundated with these simple enquiries so please see if you can find the details before contacting us. We are only too happy to help and your booking is very important to us, but please help by searching the property details first before calling/emailing. Thank you.
VIRTUAL TOURS - some properties have a virtual tour and you will find this with the blue 'globe' symbol containing '360' on the description. Taken during the winter months, the gardens are not obviously at their best, but we are sure you will find the properties interesting never-the-less!
ADVANCED SEARCH - we suggest that in order to find the property to suit you, you do an ADVANCED SEARCH from the cream coloured menu box on the left hand side of this page. Should you require, Satellite TV, Wi-Fi, downstairs WC/bathroom facilities, no smoking, internet connection, etc, .....please tick the boxes and you should be taken to the properties which may accommodate your needs.
LARGE FAMILIES can enjoy holidaying together with a choice of our properties that cater for 4, 6, 8, 10 and 12 persons plus baby. They have a tiered pricing structure to cater for different size families and one has just been totally extended and refurbished to an excellent high standard which we hope will achieve a '5 star' grading by Visit England. Other large properties are also available sleeping up to 8 persons, along the coast. If there are no prices on the web, please call as our system may not recall individual prices structure for such properties.
SEA VIEWS for coastal holidays are a must and our latest addition is less than 50 yards from the sea with panoramic views of the Wash from the lounge. We have 'upside down' houses with ground floor bedrooms and the lounges upstairs in order to the sea views and sunsets. Ideal for chilling out or a lazy family seaside holiday! All are also about 50 yards from the promenade and sandy beaches.
COUNTRYSIDE HOLIDAYS are ideal for those who wish to escape the busy seaside, to chill out in rural surroundings and there are several properties that fit the bill!
SHORT BREAKS (2/3 nights and 4/5 nights) are only available out of peak season September to April, although such breaks may be accepted at peak times at very short notice, subject to availability. DISABLED GUESTS/GUESTS WHO MAY REQUIRE SPECIAL TREATMENTS. Many of our properties have ground floor facilities. There is a local mobility shop in Hunstanton to hire or buy items and the Red Cross hire out various items. Dialysis is available at Dersingham (8 miles from Hunstanton). Local Surgeries are also very helpful. If you have any queries please let us know.

Dovecot Walpole St Peter is a beautiful 16th Grade II listed, detached house in 3 acres of landscaped gardens - sleeps up to 12 with very spacious accommodation - ideal for two families or a romantic weekend!
SMALL PROPERTIES - Catering for just two persons, Westacre is an attractive property ideal for a couple at a reasonable price; lovely garden, off road parking and very comfortable accommodation within easy travelling of all holiday interests. Apartment with sea views in Hunstanton is ideal for couple or small family.
PET FRIENDLY PROPERTIES - We have a selection of dog friendly properties both in Hunstanton and the surrounding area so these are worth checking out if you have a dog or two. The Haven in Hunstanton offers accommodation for 5 (three bedrooms) and has a lovely 'wild' garden with plenty of bird visitors. Lavender Lodge in Hunstanton welcomes up to three dogs. Both properties are within easy reach of the Lighthouse and Cliff Tops, so ideal for dog walking at this end of town all year round.
PERFECT FOR BIRDWATCHING OR AS A HIDEAWAY! - One springs to mind in Holme-next-the-sea. WILLOW LODGE. Down a dead end road with direct access across the marshes to the beach. Without our directions, no-on would know it was there! Superb, high quality accommodation, tucked away in a corner of this little village! Tranquility and privacy. Perfect to escape to. Perfect for for birdwatchers!
