Norfolk Holiday Homes has been operating successfully in Hunstanton, Norfolk since approx 1960 (Birds Estate Agents took over in 1989). We offer a varied selection of self-catering holiday homes along the North West Norfolk coast and countryside which are all individually owned.  Acting as the owner's agents, we ensure the property you choose is up to the  standard outlined by Visit England with gradings ranging from  2 to 5 stars.  The majority of properties have at least 3 stars as we believe this is the standard which the holidaymaker prefers.  However, just because a property has a star grading of '2', it may mean that there is just one issue or item preventing it from reaching 3 stars.  For example, if a double bed is not accessible around both sides, then this property would fail to reach the 3 star mark even though it reaches the 3 star grading in all other aspects.

Birds Norfolk Holiday Homes prides itself in it's personal yet efficient service it provides for both it's holiday home owners and tenants. We are proud to offer a personal service as tenants have told us they "feel at home" when they book with Birds. As we are just a small company, enquiries for accommodation etc. are dealt with on a "one to one" basis with our letting administrators, Mrs Sandra Hohol and Mrs Julie Rushmer, who between them have over 50 years holiday letting experience!   They know the properties and the area very well and are therefore able to answer most queries immediately without reference to the owners.

Our properties cover  Hunstanton, Old Hunstanton, Brancaster, Snettisham, Holme-next-the-sea, Heacham, Wells, Snettisham and Dersingham, and top floor apartment in Portugal with sea views and swimming pools.  BOOKING EARLY IS ADVISABLE!! The area is very popular for birdwatchers, sailing, walking and golf enthusiasts.  There are various events throughout the year which makes the area very popular.  Local pubs offer traditional and guest ales together with a wide selection of menus. 

Many properties are booked from year to year by the same families and many have been coming to Norfolk for over 30 years - now bringing grandchildren!  Norfolk is easily accessible from the Midlands and public transport runs regularly, both trains into Kings Lynn and buses to Hunstanton and along the coast.
