We currently have 60 properties along the North West Coast and countryside villages. All are VisitBritain (formerly English Tourism Council) inspected and graded and have achieved at least a 3 star rating unless they are unique with a 2 star grading.

Norfolk Holiday Homes has been operating successfully in Hunstanton, Norfolk since the early 1960's (Birds took over in 1989) we offer a varied selection of self-catering holiday homes which are all individually owned and we act as agents to ensure the property you choose is up to the highest standard. But all are graded and inspected by VisitBritain with star ratings ranging from 1 to 5.
Birds Norfolk Holiday Homes prides itself in it's personal yet efficient service it provides for its clients. We are proud to offer a personal service as tenants have told us they "feel at home" when they book with Birds. As we are just a small company, enquiries for accommodation etc are dealt with on a "one to one" basis with our letting administrators, Mrs Sandra Hohol and Mrs Julie Rushmer. They know the properties and the area very well and are therefore able to answer most queries immediately without reference to the owners.
We manage holiday homes throughout North West Norfolk, including Hunstanton, Old Hunstanton,Brancaster,Snettisham, Holme-next-the-sea, Heacham, Wells, Snettisham and Dersingham, and top floor apartment in Portugal with sea views and swimming pools.
Disabled guests, children and pets are welcome and full details of our booking system and agency conditions are outlined in our online brochure. All holiday properties are individually cleaned and prepared ready for the incoming tenants between each letting and the majority of properties have bed linen and towels supplied.
