Located in the village centre, handy for bars, restaurants, Post Office/shop and the beach, this spacious, detached house offers comfortable accommodation for a family holiday. Well-equipped and furnished, the house is fully carpeted with gas central heating throughout. The driveway has ample space for 2/3 cars and there is a fully enclosed lawned rear garden with small patio adjacent to local farmland. Hunstanton itself with it's holiday attractions is only seconds by car or a lovely walk along the cliff tops. The owner supplies a complimentary daily newsaper.

Included in the rental is a Beach Hut on Old Hunstanton beach with beach chairs.

Sleeping 6 plus baby, the light and airy accommodation comprises; entrance into hall with staircase to first floor; large lounge with patio doors on to the rear garden, and door into kitchen. Understairs cloaks storage and separate WC and washbasin. Breakfast kitchen with gas cooker, and door to utility room and through to rear garden. Staircase to first floor landing with three bedrooms; master room with a double bed and ensuite shower room with shower, WC and washbasin; bedroom 2 with twins and bedroom 3 with bunks. Family bathroom with bath, washbasin and WC.
