Normanhurst is a detached family house with a lovely large garden at the rear, benefiting from all day sunshine- ideal for children - ample car parking in the drive. Set back from the main road on the outskirts of the village, the situation is perfect for exploring the surrounding area, with Sandringham House and Gardens only minutes drive by car. In Dersingham there are a number of Local shops, a supermarket, pubs, restaurants and takeaway are all within easy reach. There is a garden centre, and coffee shop also in the village, and a walk on Dersingham common from almost opposite the property, which can take about 15 minutes to walk through to Sandringham Estate, ideal if bringing a dog. Wolferton, Snettisham and the local beaches are less than 10 minutes drive.

Comfortably furnished throughout, the house has gas central heating and is mostly carpeted. There is a BBQ and garden furniture.
