This detached beach lodge is perfectly situated right in front of the sand dunes and sea along a private road. It is absolutely wonderful for a family beach holiday or for just lazing peacefully. Fantastic sunsets can be seen over the Wash in the west and the sun rises at the rear of the house in the east. Birdwatchers can see the incoming and outgoing birds from the nearby RSPB reserve and sailing enthusiasts and children have literally only a few yards to reach the beach. There is a river nearby, but an annual fishing permit is required if you wish to fish it.

Pine panelled and fully carpeted throughout the bungalow has Dimplex electric radiator wall heating in each room. The main living room, which overlooks the verandah with patio furniture, has direct sea views across the Wash. The whole property is very comfortably furnished, with nautical theme thoughout and there is ample parking and boat space at the rear, which has a vast grass area superb for children to play, although not enclosed.

The property comprises: Entrance in to hallway; leading to three bedrooms, two with a double bed, the other with twin beds. Bathroom with bath (shower over), washbasin and WC. The property enjoys a very large living area with two sets of double french doors opening onto the verandah and the beach; Freeview TV, Dvd and Video, dining area and fitted corner kitchen with breakfast bar. Two fridges, one with a small freezer compartment, electric hob, oven with grill, microwave, toaster and kettle.
