Cameo Cottage is situated in the middle of a terrace of three modern cottages in the centre of the village of Old Hunstanton close to the village shop (fresh bread!), Post Office, pubs, restaurants and beach.There is a small enclosed rear patio garden with garden furniture and parking for one small car in the garage at the rear with access to this from the back garden. Dog kennel in the rear garden.

Comfortably furnished with gas central heating it comprises: Entrance into lounge having open fire (fuel available locally), under stairs storage cupboard, Tv, video and staircase to first floor. Small lobby. Cloakroom with wc and washbasin. Fitted kitchen with gas cooker, and door to rear garden.
First floor landing with three bedrooms; two with a double bed,(limited access to one side of one of the bed) and the third with bunks. Shower room with wc, shower and washbasin.
