However, due to the lounge only catering for 8 persons seated at one time (even though there is a children's playroom and seating upstairs for children) the grade of 5 stars only applies to 8 persons. The general overall excellent standard does not drop, only the rules for seating - if in doubt please ask Agents. Furnished to a luxurious standard throughout with oak doors, laminated floors, plus all new fixtures and fittings, the property has gas central heating and offers superb accommodation for a large family holiday or two wishing to holiday together.
