This lovely, Victorian, semi-detached town house has gas central heating and is fully carpeted throughout. It is ideally situated less than two minutes walk from the beautiful sandy beach and other holiday amenities. It is also just a short walk to the town centre and local supermarkets. In the evening you can relax on the west facing elevated decked area, watching the magnificent sunsets over the sea.
Sunset View is well furnished throughout and is equipped to a high standard, offering spacious, light and airy accommodation for your family holiday. Entance into hallway with staircase, downstairs bathroom with bath (shower over), washbasin and WC. Large lounge/dining room, kitchen with electric cooker and door to rear garden.
Upstairs there is a shower room with WC and washbasin, plus three bedrooms; one with twins (room for a cot), the second with bunks (sea views) and the third with a double bed, TV and patio door opening onto large veranda with sea views.
There is off-road parking for two cars at the rear of the property and street parking to the front (a cul-de-sac). Pleasant gardens all enclosed at the rear mostly lawned with patio and steps up to the decked verandah (enclosed but used at tenant's risk). Garden sheds for bike storage. BBQ (at tenant's risk).
NB - although no pets permitted, the owners do bring their own.
