Arenaria is a comfortable, detached bungalow located in a pleasant residential area just a few minutes walk from the centre of this pretty village, with its convenient shops and three very good places to eat and drink. The gardens that surround the property have been imaginatively landscaped and are particularly tranquil and secluded with patio and summerhouse. There is a garage for guests use and there is also ample parking in the driveway.

The bungalow is oil centrally heated and offers lovely accommodation in quiet surroundings. Large lounge with electric fire. The well-equipped kitchen overlooks the garden and has a double oven/grill and electric hob. A pleasant conservatory /dining room leads off the kitchen then onto the rear garden.

Three bedrooms, one with king size cast metal bedstead and ensuite having large shower cubicle with fold-down seat, WC and washbasin; the second has twins and third with a single. Bathroom with bath (shower over), washbasin and WC.
